For our sales team, we are looking for a dedicated

Sales Representative – Acquisition (m/f) 80–100%

Your Responsibilities:

• Independent identification and approach of potential new customers in the EMS sector
• Building and maintaining a strong network within target industries
• Conducting market and competitive analyses, preparing quotations in close coordination with the technical team
• Representing the company at trade fairs, events, and customer meetings
• Close collaboration with management and internal departments

Your Profile:

• Several years of sales experience, ideally in the EMS/electronics manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of EMS processes, services, and customer requirements
• Excellent communication skills, persuasiveness, and negotiation skills
• Independent and structured working style with high self-motivation
• Fluent in German, good English skills, French language skills are a plus
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region
