Our NPI process (New Product Introduction) forms the core of efficient industrialization and guarantees high-quality manufacturing of your electronic assemblies. Already in the early project phase, we consider all relevant requirements and adapt the production approach individually to assembly size, complexity, and specific customer needs. This creates the foundation for smooth and stable transition to series production. 

 As part of industrialization, we analyze aspects including panel utilization and singulation to define the optimal manufacturing concept. At the same time, we establish suitable production and testing processes – including laser marking, SMT assembly, AOI and AXI inspection, ICT, and functional tests (FT). This structured approach ensures that every product not only excels technically but can also be manufactured economically. 

 This enables cost-efficient, high-performance, and reliable series production that meets the highest quality standards. Our goal: products that are stable, safe, and available long-term – from the first prototype to smoothly scalable series production.
